inconsistent housekeepingrelaxed vibe

The management seemed to have checked out, though I hadn't. The place was obviously short staffed, so employees seemed slow and forgetful. Housekeeping was especially inconsistent during my five-night stay. Outsiders waltzed into the pool area regularly, intimidating atmosphere. It certainly ruined any chance of poolside relaxation. Management apparently didn't feel the need to respond to complaints either. I guess they were busy counting money.

This hotel provided superb service with a friendly staff. The amenities were great, including multiple pools and a swim up bar. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, from thai dishes to fresh fruit. Our room was clean. It was spacious with a large bathroom.

Staff members were happy and eager to assist with requests. The reception desk promptly arranged our airport transfer. The housekeeping kept the room clean throughout our stay.

Inconsistent Service and Misleading Information

I found some aspects of my stay frustrating. The staff seemed uninformed. I asked about the hotel restaurant, Tramonto, but the reception staff could not even spell the name. I found that the hotel misled guests regarding the proximity to the beach. The hotel claims to be close, but the actual distance to the main beach area is much farther.
